Frequently asked questions

Yes… we ship within the US, and we also ship to selected EU countries.
If your country is available, it will show up at checkout.
If you don’t see your country yet, drop us a line at support@fanaticangler.com… we keep a list and expand when it makes sense.

In the US, shipping is already baked into the price… so no bycatch there.
For EU customers, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
You’ll always see the full cost before you set the hook.

All items are made on demand.
Production usually takes about 2 to 5 business days.
Some items may take a bit longer depending on the product and workload.
After that, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination... you’ll see an estimate at checkout.
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order is on the move.
You’ll be fishing in style in no time!

If the item has multiple sizes, you’ll find a detailed size chart on the product page (usually linked under Product features).
Check it carefully before ordering to find your best fit.
For one-size items like most caps, you’ll see the fit noted in the product details.
All items are made on demand, so we can’t do size exchanges.
Better safe than sorry... measure twice, order once, or keep it as a solid gift.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Usually that includes major credit cards, and depending on your device and location it may also show options like PayPal or wallet payments.

The sad and short answer is no.
All items are made on demand. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our fulfilment partner for production... so changes or cancellations aren’t possible after checkout.
Please double-check your order before placing it… because we can’t change it after checkout.
Remember... resist FOMO! Fanatic Angler is a badge of obsession, but it’s not about wants or needs.
It’s about the experience... your experience!

All items are made on demand, so we don’t accept returns for size, color, or change of mind.
We only replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Send clear photos within 14 days… if it’s confirmed with our fulfilment partner’s QC records, we’ll make it right.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime via the Order Status page using the link in your email.
If you created an account, you’ll find your order history there as well.

First check with your neighbors, mailbox, safe drop spot, or local carrier office.
Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, it’s officially out of our hands... we’re in the business of catching fish, not porch pirates.
If you still can’t find it, email support@fanaticangler.com with your order number and details... we’ll assess it with our fulfilment partners.
