We keep shipping simple and transparent.
1. Shipping rates
- United States: Free shipping on all orders (included in the product price).
- Other regions: Shipping rates may vary depending on destination and product type.
2. Fulfillment and delivery
- All products are made on demand through our production partner. This reduces waste and ensures every item is freshly produced.
- Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times vary by region and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
4. Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, notify us at support@fanaticangler.com within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will review your case and, if applicable, file a claim with our fulfillment partner. Claims reported after 14 days may not be eligible.
5. Market restrictions
Some products are available only in specific regions due to brand or distribution restrictions. For example, certain branded items are available only for delivery to U.S. addresses. They cannot be shipped to the EU or other markets through our store.
6. Forwarding services
If you choose to use a third-party forwarding service that provides you with a U.S. shipping address, please note:
- Your order is considered fulfilled once delivered to the forwarding service at the U.S. address provided, except where local law provides otherwise.
- Any forwarding, export, duties, VAT, or additional risks are your responsibility.
- Warranty, returns, and customer support apply only to the original U.S. delivery, not to forwarding destinations.
7. Return-to-sender packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, our fulfillment partner will hold it for 30 days before returning it to sender. Reshipping is possible but at your own cost.
8. Abuse of shipping policy
We reserve the right to refuse reshipments, refunds, or replacements in cases of repeated misuse, fraudulent claims, or abusive behavior.
