Refund policy

We keep it clear and fair:
1. Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
All our products are made on demand through our production partner. That means we cannot accept returns just because you changed your mind. Please double-check sizes and details before ordering, or email us if you need advice.
2. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with the wrong delivered size or design, you must notify us at support@fanaticangler.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Claims reported after 14 days may not be eligible.
3. Lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages
If tracking shows your package as lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 14 days after the expected delivery date. Our fulfillment partner covers replacements for lost shipments.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, our fulfillment partner will hold it for 30 days. After that, it is returned to sender. Reshipping is possible but at your own cost.
4. Return address
Returns are handled by our fulfillment partner and must go directly to the nearest fulfillment center (US, EU, etc.). We’ll provide the correct return address after your request is approved.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
Because everything is made on demand, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order. If your original item is defective or incorrect, follow the steps above and we’ll fix it.
6. Abuse of return policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds in cases of repeated misuse, fraudulent claims, or abusive behavior.
